My complaint:

I’m a new business and I thought being registered with Home Advisor would be a good way to help build a client base. I thought when I signed up for this that there would be a cap on the charges the company would bill my business for leads ($300). Also, when I asked for the company leads I received to be paused, or stopped, I continued to receive them. This situation now has taken away all of my operating capitol due to Home Advisor hitting my account for over $1400.00 Now the rep I’ve been working with conveniently won’t answer his phone. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Suggested solution:

They can give me some of my money back, because they have effectively killed my business right now. All of these charges for leads were not completely explained and it cost me far more that I expected to pay.
