My complaint:
I went in to Letchworth home bargains it was busy the shelves were empty so I never got what I went in for got to the checkout people queuing up 2 checkouts open it took me 20 mins to get checked out the manager of the store should of jump on the checkout just to clear the shop people in the que was saying the same how disgusting the shop looked and how bad the empty shelves was
Please sort this out and make Letchworth like it was
