My complaint:
This used to be one of my favourite HB stores. I rarely go now. The layout is constantly changing. The layout is illogical and confusing. The signage is confusing and mostly wrong.
Suggested solution:
Do what they used to do. Stop moving stuff around. Make shopping a logical and easy process.
