My complaint:
i purchursed a 2 seater hammock from your store on 06062021 it was heavy and by the time i paid for it was around 7.45pm and the store closes at 8pm, as i had walked to the store, due to store closing at 8pm i did not have enough time to arrange transport to pick up i asked a supervisor could you please hold for me and will pick up in the next few days this was agreed by the supervisor and she said she would stick a sold ticket and will put to one side.I went back to the store on 10062021 arranged a taxis to pick up my item which cost me £10 in fare and was absolutely shocked to be told sorry your item has been sold and you can have a refund i am disgusted with this as how could you sell a item to someone else before refunding me first and also you sold one item to two different people at one time and having my money in your possession i am very angry and to make matters worse this hammock is out of stock i did not accept the refund as i want the item. could you please look into this matter through.
