My complaint:
I’m writing to you because I’m disgusted in what I saw while shopping in your shop the other day.. .a manager on the shop floor in front of customers ball out one of your staff to the point where she was in tears. ..I have never seen anything like this in all my time in management..on speaking to another customer I was told it’s not the first time he’s done it…..seems to be a running thing through managers at this shop.. I’m fully aware that there’s little I can do as a customer…but i will be sending a copy of this to your HR department. And informing them. I won’t be back in your shop again…. If he is that rude to your own staff. I dred to think what he’s like with customers….
Suggested solution:
Your managers need more training... And if suggest an anger management course...
