My complaint:

I made a widrawal of R4000. But it did not clear into registered bank account linked to Hollywood bets when I called customer on numerous occasions they kept telling my bank needs to approve the widrawal from Hollywood bets has I bank with first National Bank.

I did contact my bank so my bank tells me that is not true there is no such thing. I called the customer care at Hollywood bets over numerous times has I speak to the consultant for help they rudely cut the call. I have wasted money on airtime just to get help in getting my money which I still haven’t received. Some of the customer care agents at Hollywood bets told me that they experienced a problem is my widrawal and they are sorting it out and it will only take few hours to sort out but that never happened. I am feasted and feel that Hollywood bets is no longer a safe platform to gamble on.

Suggested solution:

They should not tell customers lies and make empty promises. Also customer service center agents are rude. Contact me.
