My complaint:
Good day
Since last year end of October 2023, i have been trying to solve a problem of which no one could assist me, I have done everything, followed every instruction, nothing helped and at first they would solve a problem asap.going almost for six months please i have been with this company almost 6 years, my account is blocked because of network problems resulting in wrong passwords.
i am just so dissapointed.
Suggested solution:
very simple, unblock my account, it does not take my id, it keeps on saying cannot identify me, let them re change my password then i will do it on my side please. ive waisted my phonecalls, my money my time.
