My complaint:
I had a 12 leg ticket which won 10 games out of 12 and two where postponed while one of the two has already resulted but on my account it says postponed to the 3rd of December 2023. The ticket hasnt shown any option for cashout even though theres a gab of a day apart..i tried contacting several times and they are giving me run arounds. Hollywoodbets is scamming me on a ticket that supposed to be updated by now
Suggested solution:
Update a cashout option as i deserve that and also result the wayside celtic vs arklow town game.
