My complaint:
I deposited money to Hollywoodbets on the 29th of Feb. Yet nothing ever reflected. I have emailed them, used online chats and platforms, but I am being ignored. Up until today my money is missing.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money, or reflect the deposit.
I experienced the same on the 29th February 2024. I made a R500 transaction and it hasn’t reflected. I’ve been chasing behind them everyday. Emails, chats and no luck. We need to form a group to get their attention. I also had the same experience twice in December and still my money hasn’t been refunded
