My complaint:

For the past four months I have been trying to get my smart 4K Laser TV repaired. The TV that I paid for was a 100L5F 4K smart TV unit, the unit you have sent was a subgrade unit that doesn’t have the features of my smart 4K Laser TV. I have sent photos of the model number {100L5F} and serial number {100g2028y400183} and the Incident number {H2112123} every time I contact customer support, they ask for the same information I have repeatedly sent in, and I have been repeatedly told they never received an e-mail. When I send in the information requested, I receive a ation e-mail letting me know that the photos I sent in the reply e-mail was received. Most of the time the customer support agent has hung up on me several times and I have never received a call back as instructed and told by the customer service agent. I have completed all request asked of me to have my 100L5F 4K smart Laser TV I paid for returned to me repaired, please contact me, Charles Roy Mosley by mobile at 520-371-1278 I would love to get this corrected and my 100L5F 4K smart Laser TV unit that I paid for repaired and sent back to me. I want my 100L5F 4K smart Laser TV unit back.

Return to me the 100L5F 4K smart TV unit, I paid for, and that I sent in to be repaired. The Model is 100L5F 4K Smart TV, Serial is {100g2028y400183}. Return to me my paid and repaired 100L5F 4K smart TV.
