Hisense complaint: Unable to get result on a warranty repair

My complaint:

I have a 60 Class Ag Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV Model 60A6G, Serial 60G2109U5H0181, 60A53FUA G2109U5. This was purchase on June 26th, 2021. I am having vertical lines on the top, bottom and sides of this TV. I sent to date over 22 emails with attachments providing the place of purchase, Best Buy, the manufacture date March 25, 2021. I keep getting automatic replies stating they are in receipt of my mails. They keep requesting the same information over and over again. The case is shown on all my mails, H1812824

Suggested solution:

Read and review all my mails and provide me a way to repair my TV, and quit delaying the repairs.
