My complaint:
I have had two 55inch U8G tv’s and they both failed within a month and a half of ownership. I had to return both set’s to my local Best Buy and they said I now have to deal with Hisense directly. These were my first Hisense tv’s and I went off reviews so I thought I could trust them. The first set had a verticle line go right down the middle of the screen and the second tv had a dark blob right in the middle of the screen. I am very frusterated.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get a U8G Directly from Hisense themselves and no where else. Everyone says they stand by their product. I guess we shall see.
