Hisense complaint: Terrible Customer Service

My complaint:

I have been having an issue with a refrigerator for over a year. It is now on a recall for the same issue. I have had 3 service appointments that the technician has failed to show up for. Today being the latest appointment, I was scheduled for the repair by Hisense customer service line for a company that is no longer in business. ( I had to Google the company as they couldnt give me a schedule time for the repair, both business listings are not in service ) Needless to say no one showed up and I lost another day of wages to be here for the service. I have request to speak with management several times only to be ignored. When someone from Hisense does call back. they let the phone ring only once and hang up making it impossible to answer the phone. This has happened twice now. Obviously, management is playing games as I have not spoken to a single supervisor in over a year. I am truely disgusted. This is a terrible, terrible company. I am filing a complain with the better business bureau and the Attorney Generals Office. I am furious at this point.

Suggested solution:

Actually send a repair tech and fix the problem that I have been experiencing and now is on recall. Customer service is non exsistent. I forgot to mention I finally got the parts yesterday that were ordered in July of 2021
