My complaint:

I have been a guest with your hotels for several years. Home2 was my favorite until today. I thought that i wasn’t checking out until tomorrow, but wasn’t worried because i’ve always extended another day and it always worked out. I asked the front desk person for the Manager, this person claimed to be the manager. I asked why he didn’t call me directly to speak to me about the room, he said he called the room. I was informed by my 17 yr old granddaughter that he called the room, and went across the street back to the hotel. I asked if it could be extended, he said no (very snobby). I had already looked online, and there was availability. Nothing he said was accommodating or nice or pleasant. He even went so far as stating it was against state law to leave my 17 yr old in the room alone. Never have i had a problem with her in previous stays, nor did she or I cause problems during this stay. The manager was deceitful, snobby, irrational and should not be hotel manager for any hotel chain.

Suggested solution:

Remove the manager.
