My complaint:

This review is on the Park Vista Hilton Double tree in Gatlinburg, TN. We’ve been coming to this hotel religiously every single year for 15 yrs for our annual mother daughter outlet mall shopping trip and have never been so disappointed by this hotel. But this time I don’t even know WHERE to start it was so horrible. The poor service was blamed on COVID. We had to call for toilet paper twice because there was only one roll in the room. We were there 4 days. We asked for our sheets to be changed and they left our sheets OUTSIDE THE DOOR for us to make our own beds! That was OUTRAGEOUS being as we were paying over $600 to stay at this HILTON hotel.

I’m sure Hilton and Doubletree would love to hear about this. There was MOLD in the shower. Plates from other guests.. room service, sat out in the hallway on the one microwave in the hall for 4 days. The entire time we were there no one picked them up. Every single time I called the front desk the phone rang over 100 times before someone finally picked up.. The bartender made great drinks but was extremely rude and unfriendly. We made a list on a piece of paper for the front desk while we were out shopping, because we were told at check in that if there was anything we need all we needed to do was ask. We asked them to dump our trash but that never happened. They left fresh garbage bags hanging from our door along with the sheets for us to clean our OWN ROOM!!!!! This is unacceptable. SHAME ON YOU HILTON. We will never be back.
