My complaint:
I deactivated my account on the 24th July 2022. Hello Fresh charged me for another delivery on the 27th July that supposed to be delivered on the 30th July 2022. I got in touch with them asking them to cancel my delivery and refund my money as I deactivated my subscription over 5 days ago. They said, that they can’t do that, because I reactivated my account on the same day (24th July) when I deactivated. I have received an email about deactivating my subscription, but I have not received any communication regarding reactivating it again, and I did not do that. They refused to send me any proof of me reactivating my subscription.
Suggested solution:
Refund my last payment and cancel my delivery.
