My complaint:
This hotel allows drug dealers and disruptive guests. The people in the room next to me were being loud and unruly and caused the police to be called to the property. At another instance I tried to complain to the manager about what was going on in their room and the manager said he would move me to another room. When I said I did not want to have to pack up and move to a room that is not as nice as the suite I am paying for since I am not the problem he began yelling and cursing at me. Completely unacceptable behavior for a person I customer service.
Suggested solution:
I would like to see this manager removed from his position and replaced with a customer service oriented professional. I would also like the hotel to change their policies about disruptive tenants.
