My complaint:

On January 24, 2021 as I was preparing to check out of the hotel, my son in law put a suitcase outside our room door (223), which was propped. Minutes later, we brought out more items only to discover that the suitcase was missing. We contacted the front desk to notify them of the incident. We were told to wait until Monday and the General Manager, Robert, would handle the situation. We asked to have the cameras looked at and was told the process of looking at the cameras involved too much and basically it was our fault for placing the suitcase outside the room. There was absolutely no customer service or any effort to resolve the issue. We were told this information by a manager, Victoria. We finally went over the manager to discuss the incident with the General Manager himself. I explained to Victoria that there were important papers in that suitcase plus my son in laws wallet was in the suitcase. She clearly had zero compassion or customer service.

Suggested solution:

I would like the camera reviewed and there needs to be some type of compensation for my inconvenience: my son in law had to cancel all cards due to this incident and now has to wait for his cards in the mail which may take awhile due to Covid.
