My complaint:
On Sunday the 17th of February at 8:08 am I emailed them the minute after my purchase because I realized I ordered the wrong size and all I wanted was to exchange it but now I want my full refund back. I got a text that my order is being shipped today the 19th of February at 4:04 am. but i asked them to cancel my order. And they haven’t responded to my email, i am so confused on what’s happening and this is so unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get a full refund back. That's all I want.
