Hatvat.com complaint: Need contact name and phone for item return.

My complaint:

I am trying to return a sweat shirt I got my daughter for Christmas. I am shipping from US to Canada via UPS. UPS needs to contact Hatvat but I only have teh return address. They need to speak to someone from Hatvat and I am not getting a response from them for teh past week and I paid $25 USD to return this.

Suggested solution:

Hatvat receive my return and I receive the exchange I requested.
