My complaint:

My husband has gone into the store to purchase a camera. He is a placid man who wont ask for a discount (and has never had to the sales person are always genuinely happy to offer one due to the size of purchases we have made). He has come home with a camera, that is clearly used, display stock, the screen is so dirty you cant even see through it, there is no manual so how am i supposed to know how to use it. The guy clearly just after a sale, hasnt even got a manual, or offered any sort of discount. I have spend THOUSANDS in this store over the years and this is the first time i have ever had an issue

Suggested solution:

I would like a hefty discount (as i currently have COVID and cannot leave the house to get a full refund) and an apology from the storeman for his disgusting practice. This sort of behaviour just to get a sale from a person is disgusting and not at all the service i would expect from Harvey Norman.
