My complaint:
I have for several years enjoyed Harvest Morn ‘Benefit’ original cereal. But although I noticed that the packaging had been changed I missed the new recipie badge. The original recipie made nice crisp, tasty flakes. Thd new recipie makes hard, tasteless flakes, it’s like eating hard cardboard. Please change the recipie back to the original even if the price has to increase, a reduction in production cost can be the only reason the change has been made as I cannot imagine that anyone could think it made them better. If no change is to be made, at least take the word original from the packet, but I will never buy these again but get Sainsburys Balance, which were my second choice to Benefit.
Suggested solution:
Change the recipie back to what it was last year.
