My complaint:
My mum was eating a bowl of Harvest Morn malted wheaties cereal when she choked on a very long, clumped piece of cereal. She was watching tv, as usual, so she didn’t notice it in the bowl. It got stuck in her throat and I had to perform the Heimlich manoeuvre on her. She immediately vomited right after. I have a clear video of the cereal piece she choked on which I can send if requested.
Suggested solution:
That is something that Harvest Morn should think about if they want to satisfy a loyal customer. I am very disappointed as we always buy this cereal and after experiencing this we can never buy it again. It feels that there has been no care put into the service when producing and packaging the cereal.
