My complaint:
The head pharmacist at the Hannaford on Broadway is an arrogant prick. He carries himself with such arrogance and smug that initiating any dialog is intimidating. In this encounter, I was greeted with the same cavalier attitude, but this time I had a problem with my insurance that needed to be figured out. This man proceeded to make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about and needed to manslpain the situation as if, a woman, could not fully understand without the man in the white coat to write me a road map to explain for me. I was livid with how I was being treated and laughed at. I had to walk away. I know this isn’t the first time this man has been a straight up dickhead to people. I’ve witnessed him do it to the other pharmacist and other customers. I really think he is on a power trip and someone from Hannaford needs to take care of this. Someone in control like that needs a reality check.
Suggested solution:
Probation??? I have no idea? retraining??? not sure is misogyny can be change though.
