My complaint:
I ordered hannaford To go which I have done many times. This time, not only did we wait a while for our order, things that were not available were indeed because I found them myself by going in the store. Now bagging four glass bottles of wine together in one paper bag is a disaster waiting to happen and it almost did. The bag ripped of course. I could send a photo of the bag. I know things have been challenging but more care and caution needs to be had by your shoppers. Thank you for your attention

More careful and cautious bagging. Might take a little longer. As far as the wait, it is not the first time I wait a while. I know help is hard to find but maybe few orders per hour slot. Just trying to avoid this from happening again
