My complaint:
The complaint is how a hard worker was let go fired from his job after being with the company 6 years.
The mangers who had it in for this worker , said he was coming back late from a break 3 to 4 minutes 3 times.
This worker has a Learning Disability.
In the meantime they keep workers on who bully , and threaten , and play favoritism , etc this is what I hear.
This poor person was a excellent worker – there when they needed him – a team worker. He would get threatened by a service leader cause he help out a fellow worker.
Suggested solution:
Bring him back , and give him full time
As for the fellow workers they need to be trained on how to be polite and patient with workers who have a disability.
