My complaint:
Hello, I am writing to make a complaint on Cashier 0153 at register 002 on 01212023. She needs to a lesson on customer service skills. She has a rude and an unpolite demeanor about her. I guess she had a bad day and took it out on me.
Suggested solution:
The cashier needs training on customer service, diversity, equity and inclusion. Some people just shouldn't work with the public if they can't be around certain customers.
