My complaint:
My husband and family were going grocery shopping in you Keene NH hannaford’s location and we come across a grocery stocking person his name tag said Loren I think his last name is brown that’s what he said anyway so we were standing in the aisle and all I could smell is under arms I mean this guy smells to high heaven and I’m only saying something because when he walks up and down the aisle, you could smell the odor coming off of him it’s not pleasant not by any means I had to hold my nose. I guess he noticed I was holding my nose. And he gave me a dirty look. Either way of the guy smells he needs to take a shower. You can’t have him out on the floor smelling the way he does.
And you need to do something about his attitude. I had trouble looking for an item and he wouldn’t even help me. He said he doesn’t know. I said to the guy you don’t have to give me an attitude. I was just asking a question then he said if I don’t like it maybe I should do my shopping and press shopper
As my family and my husband were walking away, along with myself, he gave us the finger, and this is total disrespect is this the kind of people that you hire because we stood in the aisle for over 15 minutes looking for items to buy this guy spent more time talking than he does working. I don’t know how many trips he made to the bathroom.
I will be coming in on Tuesday to make a formal complaint against this employee. You need to have a discussion with him about washing himself and being disrespectful to customers. I will not be told to go screw myself you’ll be hearing from my lawyer.
Suggested solution:
They need to have a discussion with the sales associate who works at Hannaford‘s to wash his clothing and wash his body because he smells to high heaven. They need to have better hygiene policies they need to teach associates not to talk back to customers he was very disrespectful. He needs to be fired. Nobody tells my family to go screw off.
