My complaint:
I had a bad experience with a rude clerk who would not call upstairs to my room so my wife wouldn’t miss the shuttle bus to the airport. When I reported it to the General Manager she comped me $58.00. However Hampton Inn’s policy says you don’t have to pay for the room if you not satisfied. When I ed her to the policy she said she would not comp me for the parking. It was a park and ride.
She docked me $56.00 and agreed to pay the remainder of $111.00. I did not receive this refund and called her again around Sept 7, 2022. She said it would take 7 to 10 business days.
As of today I still have not received any additional monies for my horrid stay.
Suggested solution:
By refunding the money they promised.
