My complaint:
While on a break with my child oh 18 years, out first night out on the town I decided to book a hotel. We booked the Hampton by Hilton, just as I was getting into bed I pulled back the cover to find a brown nark on the main white sheet, no matter what the person who made up the bed would have seen this and still decided to put this on the bed, I worked for Hilton Hotels for 13 years, this is a simple thing that is there and obviously not in an area that you can’t see, wow haw can you not!!!!!!!

Well it should have happened in the first place! You tell me????
