My complaint:
Whilst renewing all 4 tyresand front wheel alignment, agreed work to be done 11.30am Tuesday 22nd November. Damage was done to Front Tyres Pressure Monitoring System Sensers
Phone call from Jack Adamthwaite – assistant manager 1pm telling me – whilst Richard Lowe – Tyre Fitter whilst replacing new front drivers side tyre. reported the senser for the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System T.P.M.S. was broken into several bits. and could not fit a new tyre valve.
Phone call from Jack Adamthwaite 2pm car ready to pick up.
On arrival I was shown a tyre with broken sensor pieces inside, surley this damage was done when the tyre Fitter remove the tyre from the wheel. Driving home T.P.M.S. Warning lights came on Please advise,two different tyre valves on front,now many sensers are broken a,investgation is require at no cost to me T.P.M.S was in good working order as the car was when driven in Tuesday a.m.Thankyou
