My complaint:
I booked my car in for the replacement of 4 Tires AS part of the deal if you purchased 2 or more then you could have a reduced cost Front wheel alignment which i need. The machine to carry out the
alignment was not available. They did not charge the reduced cost for the alignment but i will now have to pay the full cost when i do manage to get it done. Very poor service cost nearly £500 for tyres
Suggested solution:
Offer me the full cost of the alignment our arrange for the alignment to be carried out at another branch
