Submitted appl Jan-approved in March-unfairly denied in June appeal denied in June-lawyer letter-no response Reason?cut down backyard tree 🌲 which licensed Arbornist-TreeDouglas said trimming only-agreed to Habhumity terms denied twice.major January rain roof damage 15ft room living room drywall ceiling collapsed unusable to date.. 77 yrs old elderly female owner has handicapped card had leg surgery.Breanna( Goleta Hosp Social Worker)referral to Habitat as solution which was very time consuming stressful wrongful denied after complete cooperation
Suggested solution:
Trimming the tree 🌲 as prof recommended repairing the rain damaged house roof-collapsed unusable living room drywall ceiling as applied for approved in March -denied in June -Elderly abuse???
