My complaint:
I donated items. I had to leave them outside, not sure if they were even picked up. The cashier was very rude to me and other customers. The woman wanted help loading a chair. The cashier yelled at her and said. I was afraid you would say that. The lady walked away with a sad look on her face. I ask if I could re donate a love seat because I no longer needed it. She said there is no refund I said I know. Loudly she kept repeating it. Then said if you donate it you have to find a way to get it here and bring it in. After donating to boxes buying 37.00 dollars worth of stuff she made me feel like I was dirt under her feet. I walked out frustrated and embarrassed. I will not donate or buy anything in there again as long as she is there. If this continues you will obviously lose a lot customers.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of that woman evidently she is not a people person
