My complaint:
The Second or third of Dec 2021 I made a payment to keep my account up to date and then on the seveth of Dec I call your automated srevice to pay my bill off in full and paid the amount that was said.I recieved a bill on 3152022 witch inform me tha I had an outstanding balance of 35.00 Becouse your agent said a interset of 7.00 and some cents and your company kept adding on late charges.I was told that they kept sending me bills but because I thought I had paid the entire amount quoted I didn’t look at them after reading about your company not keeping the credit cards service any longer.I will pay the bill of 35.04 at the end of the month but I will no longer do business with yoiur company any longer
Suggested solution:
I was already informed that your company wanted the money maybe not in those word so their uis no resolution that can be done.
