My complaint:
Myself Sabin Baby, me and my wife booked the ticket first on 6th June 2022 from LHR to CCJ . booking reference is 1FN69X. According to the travel agency the ticket fair was 1282 pound (round trip) for both of us. however we had to change the tickets due to emergency to 25th of April , my father was critically unwell so that i had to travel soon. The travel agency (Gia travel)told that there is no cancellation or refund .so i had to change the ticket date.i had to pay extra money of 1020 pound for just to change the ticket which was almost same as that of the actual ticket fair.i have submitted the reason for ticket change where i mentioned about my fathers ill health and expected some kind of humanity and it did not happen. i didnt have enough money and i had to borrow money to travel to see my dad. and i felt it so unfair to charge such an amount for ticket change.Also ,we had trouble in getting language from kozhikode (CCJ) airport.it was delayed two more days and i had to stand there for an hour expecting my bag and then realised it is not came from Bahrain.So i wasted my valuable time to see my dad. therefore , i had such a disappointment with the journey and lost lots of money which i believe as unfair and i am hesitated to choose the gulf air flight in the future.Kindly pay attention to my complaint and please do the needful
