My complaint:
Gulf Air Flight GF250 on 12/12/2023 is delayed by 7 hrs and there is no availability of food or other relief by the gulf Air staff..umrah passengers who are senior citizens above 70yrs old are suffering to no extent..this is not acceptable at all..the staffs are behaving extremely rude with the passengers and directing them here and there in the airport without providing any resolution. Kindly take a strict action against them and provide with a ln early resolution as soon as possible or else I will complain to the higher level for such kind of ill behaviour and worst service by Gulf Air staff as I have already the pictures of the staff who is available there
Suggested solution:
First educate the Gulf Air staff to deal with the old people that to All Umrah passengers, They are not giving stay as well as food,In return the staffs there misbehaving and pushing to all the innocent passengers who is standing in a que to get the food
