Grubhub complaint: Unprofessional

My complaint:

My coworker and I had ordered from Smashburger using Grubbhub. Smashburger is right across the street from out work ad it took 45 minutes to get our food, which wasn’t complete. I had noticed half our order was canceled and your driver kevin failed to call and let us know so we can get something different. Not only that, as we watched on the map of where the car was with our food, it was driving all over the place! It went down south then passed us to go up north and before finally getting to our facility. Now, we didn’t receive all of our food, they failed to let us know, the food we did get was cold, and the driver who was not Kevin neither was the passenger, tried to fight my coworker and I in the parking lot. Not to mention, when we tried to reach Kevin it was even an active number!

These people should not be allowed to work for this company again
