My complaint:
The Driver did not want to obey the rules of our community. He wanted to park in the fire lane which is not permitted. He was mad that he had to park in a parking space and then refused to take the food up to the customer and left it in the lobby. This Driver will not be let back on the property. The driver was in a small orange car. This is not the kind of person you want representing your company.
