My complaint:
I ordered two ‘6 pieces’ chicken baskets. Driver delivered 1 box with 4 pieces of chicken and stale fries. Should have had a total of 12 pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of bread, and 2 orders of fries.
I paid for food and asked that it be delivered to my grandchildren. Driver was indifferent – no concern that all the food was not delivered.
Suggested solution:
Refund money for missing box and shortage on food delievered.
