My complaint:

I ordered a Treat from Dairy Queen, but they won’t accept my debit card. When I first ordered the treat, my debit card was accepted for the first time. I was so happy, but after several attempts to get my debit card, they kept asking me to scan the card. I have used the same card for months. I really am upset.
I started using Grubhub and ordered other things, the drivers were always late, and my foods were cold and messy I really miss Dairy Queen treats!! I don’t know if I can order again, and I can’t walk or drive since I’m in a nursing home..

Suggested solution:

.The drivers should know the directions to the restaurants and to the nursing home on time!

Please have the manager accept my debit card so I can have my Treat. I don't know how to scan my card with Dairy Queen.

Also, I'm deaf and I don't use phone to call anyone.
