My complaint:
As stated in my GrubHub sheet, I am handicapped. It clearly states DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE MY DOOR – however, the last three deliveries I have had from GrubHub have been no knock, no bell ring, just left outside my door. I had to get a neighbor to pick up the food and hand it to me. Really, is it so hard to knock and hand me the order after all I am paying for it.
