My complaint:
You guys really need to get it together with your drivers! This is the 8 th time this year this happened. Your company seems to not care about customers such as myself, who wait and wait. You guys lie and lie. This whole time I tracked the driver and you guys are beyond unprofessional! Doordash and Ubereats NEVER have done this over and over again! I will now listen to my sisters who warned me and seems to happen quite a lot to African Americans!
Suggested solution:
Get some training and might want to check into why most Black
people that I know say you guys have racial issues with your customers.
