My complaint:
I signed up with group solar USA since 1.28.2018 for solar service and to date I’m not receiving service. They had said 3 months and it’s now the 11th month and still no service. I’m currently paying for the panels. Group Solar company is saying it’s Con Ed whose delaying. As of the status is the same.. nothing resolved between group solar and con ed and I’m stuck without service but paying for panels. It’s frustrating seems stressful add in constantly trying to find out the status but none of the companies are contacting me
Suggested solution:
I would like to receive the service I\'m paying for and also be reimbursed for some of the cost for this aggravation and lack of proper customer service.
