My complaint:
my account on my iphone was banned out of the blue for no apparent reason, i read the community guidelines of the grindr app and i have abided by them. i have used the grindr app for over 10 years and i also have paid for their membership in the past.i live in a small rural town and the app has been my only way of meeting people. the ban theyve put on my profile is linked into my phone, my friend who was going to purchase my phone off me tried to login and they had their account banned too. the ban has prevented me to ne able to sell my phone to anyone wanting to put grindr it. the customer service team is yet to reply or even attempt to help resolve the ban.
Suggested solution:
they should at least communicate and help me resolve my ban issue, and they should lift my iphone and account ban from grindr as they wouldnt give me a reason why they decided to ban me nor would they even bother to help resolve it as the website says they will
