My complaint:
I am really upset with Grindr Customer services after appealing time after time just to get the message that they can’t resolved the problem without any valid reason violating guidelines that’s all they say .I spoke to a manager explaining myself in emails over and over and nothing is still being done about it I even apologised and plead for a second chance.I have been on this app for almost three years been Banned now for more than five months since then I have been appealing for this Banned to be lift.I love this app for socializing and also for meeting new people in a city like mine and during this Covid19 pandemic.This is the only app I find used to in
my city my community .Everyone deserve a second Chance to be more specific why do other customers get unbanned within a few hours or even after a few days and why not us ??? What’s so special about them and not the rest of us even if we plead by all means our accounts stay banned , customer service should be equally . Not everyone have the privilege to get a new phone to start a new Grindr account .
Grindr is an amazing app but the customer services is not good.

I am pleading for a second chance for my account Grindr to unbanned also apologised if I overstepped any rules on Grindr .My account is registered on my email account , joveniquesimons@gmail.com please email me for any feedback.
