My complaint:
trying to get an explanation on how my daughter could buy a ticket for scranton pa from New York City yet end up in Binghamton NY. I have called several different numbers unable to get an answer. I even had a representative hang up on me.
My daughter was crying hysterical and scared to death not knowing where she was going. This is unexceptable. My husband had to drive to Binghamton NY to get my daughter and was threatened by another bus driver. Then he had to take off work to take her back to New York city I’m asking for immediate attention to this matter.
Suggested solution:
Explanation of how this happened and why apology from bus driver and he is suspended the return money for tickets and gas money to bighhamton
