My complaint:
My trip was leaving savannah on Sunday, 71722 at 12:30 upon my arrivak i was told the trip had been cancelled until later that day at 5:30 then they told me there wasnt a driver for the bus so i was given a tracker to put on my phone to track the driver as to when he would be back at the stop at savannah. So in my frustration of going and coming I feel at the door entrance and when i said NO ONE around or any of your staff came out to assist me!!!!! to ask if i was okay do you need help NOTHING! That was just unacceptable in this big bus station. I hurt my neck and my shoulder, I didnt get to leave savannah until 10:00 pm that night from supposely leaving at 12:30 Noonday. So inconvenient to my family in Atlanta to come back in forth to pick me up. It was 3:30 in the morning the next day. I really need immediate attention to this matter.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for this ticket 9344408401 with another paid round trip ticket to be used at my leisure
