My complaint:
I filed a dispute against a withdrawal and won the dispute. Now the withdrawal happened on January the 28th, 2021. Now I have been trying to get my money back since then. Now $1,110 was taken and they have sent me $990 now that’s not the amount that was taken. Now they told me to open up a Citi Bank account and they would put $1,200 in that account. Well they said that would also included compensation for my anguish. Well they sent me two bogus checks for $1,200 . Now if I had of sent two bad checks for that amount I would have been arrested. Well they have just recently sent me a check for the amount of $990.75 now I am very disappointed with them and I am on the verge of suing them for everything that I can get. Thank you sir.
