My complaint:

I bought a card for my nephew birthday. I put 80 dollars on there we was never able to use the card. I called in And expressed the issue they stated the card was in store purchases only do to putting my info wrong. I put my nephew name and my date of birth with my social since he was only 6 turning 7 at that time. They stated they were going to send another card to I can use to purchase online. I never received anything. They made me put my 7 year old nephew on the phones to verify things which made us VERY uncomfortable for us tafter I made it clear his underage and I didn’t know I entered my info wrong. They said they were gonna send me a check and they were going to reverse the monthly maintenance fees since I have not been able to use the card since I bought it and now they’re telling me they were only give me $25 back out of the $80 saying that I’ve never used the cards ever. If they would’ve been sent me a new card or check in the mail when I called almost 2 years ago those fees would’ve been voided they’ve been stringing me along for almost 2 years I have all of my Better Business Bureau info when I filed a claim on there

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by giving me all of my funds back And sticking to their word
